Hi Guys!

A quick update.
Came back from Bangkok Sunday night. The trip was great! Went with Katana. And I get to play too. Haha! Did a bit of shopping myself. A few tank tops, berms and t shirt. I think I need to tidy up my closet. It's exploding! Did a workshop for Katana on umpiring and rules. It was alright but there were some points I didn't manage to get accross.

I did another workshop with NUS recre before the trip. Mainly on rules and a bit on playing basics.

Before that was Nations Cup. It was awesome! I finally got my A badge. Been waiting all year this year. But wasn't as happy as I think would be. Donno... But I'm still really glad!

IYSC was tiring. Had to umpire 2 games a day most of the time. But it was a good warm up before Nations Cup.

Back to coaching now. Session with the girls on Monday was good. What should I do on Wednesday? Defending or more on midcourt? I shall combine both...

Will be busy with umpiring for the next 2 weeks.

Had a long day today at KNC. Coached umpires the whole day. The weather was very kind to us. Shaddy most of the time :) I was thinking about the coaching today. How can I be a better umpire coach? From the way I talk? With the info I deliver and how I deliver it? Or are there some other ways and areas?

Yesterday I was coaching Hougang Sec. First time we got to use the Indoor Sports Hall because of the rain and hall was filled with seating after 'Os'. It was great! The rubber cushioned flooring. Wish I could play basketball or volleyball there someday. Didn't do much with the girlsactually. Only did some quick hands and feet. Then team drill with vision. And into positional plays in the circle after that. Was rushing a little introducing new plays to the girls but I hope they understood what was delivered to them. The session was pretty relax. Maybe a bit too relax. I shall make it a bit more intensive during the camp.

Had my last NCAP lesson on Thursday. Yay! And in the morning, my Coral girls was in a carnival. They surprised me with their performance in the carnival. First time in history they manage to win all their games and opponents score was zero. Means my coaching for pass few months was working. Really happy for it :) Hope the girls have more confident in their future games.

Conducted an umpire course earlier this week with Chris. Didn't have very good feedbacks from the participants. I guess it's because most of them are from secondary school. I guess we have to insert more interesting elements in it. Was thinking maybe I should do some slides with pictures and clips for the next course I run.

I was thinking of buying a video camera. It should be helpful to my coaching and umpiring. Shall I get one?

The weather was great today.
Beach volleyball at Sentosa was great!

Sorry guys. Didn't update for a while.

I took up NCAP level 3 Theory lately. Ending next week with 2 more lessons to go. But with tons of assignments to do. Every lesson we have to do an assignment to show that we know what we've learned. 11 assignments in total. Alot hor... But I've not compeleted a single one yet! Gotta start working on it. If not, sure can't complete before dateline.

Besides NCAP, I'm occupied with the usual stuffs. Coaching, umpiring, umpire course and umpire coaching. I think I'm starting to get bored of all the Netballs. Looking at my calendar there's nothing much to look forward to. Just more of coaching, umpiring, umpire course and umpire coaching. Ahhrrr...... And 'Nations Cup'. I still haven't really started training for it. Only 1 month left. OH NO!!! And this is my last chance this year to get badged for A. And I so want to do the final! Didn't get it during NSL and only as a reserve at Asian Champ. I gotta get to the final!

Yay! I'm in Nations Cup!

Must start training up my fitness for it.

Hi reader. Miss me?

Just added ice in the h-two-o I got from umpiring yesterday. Unchilled h-two-o taste yucky...

About umpiring last night. It was literally final of the Polite games. Whoever wins it should be the champ. Cause all the rest of the teams are not so strong. Ok. About umpiring. I was struggling in the last quarter. Can't really sprints at all. Poor stamina. Think I should cut down drinking every night. And last week, I wanted to do more exercise but sprained my ankle on Tuesday night. Lucky I recovered fast. Able to run on Thursday and Friday already can jump. Of course still a bit weak and pain lah. I just love umpiring challenging game. There are some things I need to work on, which I'll improve for the coming few games. Hope I get into Nations cup umpire. And hope I'm ready for it by then.

It's past 1am now and I don't feel like sleeping at all. Need to wake up before 6am for coaching some more. Think it's because I slept till 3pm today. So good life hor. Haha! Got no coaching. Hope I get busier soon. Had just readied my stuff for tomorrow cause I know tomorrow morning sure kelang-kabut.

Tonight I had my second lesson for the NCAP level 3 I'm taking. It's rvery Tuesday and Thursday night. And I met SzeLing during the break today. A pleasant suprise. She is taking level 1. Haha! Got people acompany me home next time. The lessons was great. Lots of usefull information about coaching.

Should I write more? neh... maybe next time. Things on my mind now are too personal to blog about.

Happy Children's Day!!!

Very unproductive lately. Went to have haircut today. Yesterday, coaching didn't do anything. Let the girls do whatever they wanted. Played basketball at NYP and then friendly game. Monday, morning Kidznet the kids came with only 15 minutes left. Did shooting and that's it. Went office to do something after that. Then coaching again. It was pretty good. Watched 'The Ugly Truth' before umpire coaching at night at KNC. Slept all day on Sunday. And watched F1 on tv. Saturday had volleyball at Sentosa. Got sunburnt.

Haven't been blogging for a while.

I've just got older few days ago. Didn't celebrate. Not really... My sis did treat me to a nice dinner few days before my birthday. But no cake, can't consider a celebration hor? Actually don't really feels like celebrating anyway. But, a surprise would be good. Who won't love one? I believe everyone love birthday surprises.

On that day, I received many wishes and was so happy till I have someone asking me about my wish. Then I realised I didn't think of it at all. Wish... What should I wish for? Will it come true?

I just wish to be content with simple life. Also wish to be a nicer person to others and all my friends. I know it won't be easy. Staying in Singapore had turn me much colder to people. A smile, a greeting, a sincere conversation had become so hard. I want to change to be better.

Where I stayed

The Arena Sign. It's Super Complex :)

Flowers by the road side. It's Spring time.

Inside the Arena

Australian version of Kidznet

On the street of Perth City. I'm wearing 3 jackets. Very cold.

Suppose to delete this photo but I didn't. Photo taking are not allowed in station and train.

At Fremantle market.

Look at the parking lot. Cars have to go up the curb to park.

Hi guys! Sorry didn't update earlier.

This week very sian. School holiday totally got nothing to do.
Anyway, Perth was fun. Umpired 3 games in total. 1 game a day. It was pretty different from umpiring in Singapore. Firstly is the weather. It was freezing cold. Warm up had to be done in track suit. Although with track suit and indoor, still don't really feel warm at all. And it's really cold during umpiring too. Then, it's the game. Very busy game. All the players on court was contesting all the time. Lucky I've done few games when they were here in Singapore. If not, I think my eyes wouldn't be able to catch up with what's going on on court. Overall umpiring was good experience, and did feel a bit of progress myself. Although Chris said I've improved alot since first game in Singapore. I still feels it's not that much. Maybe I'm expecting more from myself.

Sunday after the games, me and Bee manage to go to the city and also Fremantle for some shopping and sight seeing. Will post the photos later.

Not very lucky today. But it was a good day :)

Woke up in the afternoon cause no coaching in the morning. Then I wanted to transfer songs from the CDs I bought to mp3 player but can't. Since when mp3 got write protected? Can't delete the existing songs for the new ones. Sucks! Nevermind, I saved the songs in my phone instead.

Then it was cloudy. Training had to be done indoor at the hall. Wanted to have the 8 rounds run with the girls but now can't. Lightning alert! Had to share hall with badminton, and dance. So little space. Only 1 badminton court for 20 over girls. Did alot of different passes with the girls. And in the middle of it somehow my tumbler was hit by the ball and handle came off. Lucky it wasn't broken. Then after a while one of the girl was hit by the ball while she was drinking and my clipboard was there. Nothing happened to her but all the paper on my clipboard was wet. Lucky it was only plain water. We carried on training at the netball court after lightning alert was off. Didn't do any team drills and no time for court game too. Told the girls what they need to concentrate on for friendly game tomorrow before ended the training.

Head to KNC after coaching. Bought some donuts during bus transfer cause was really hungry. Games at KNC was fun. Played WA, then GK and C. Someone bought a 'donno what it's called', a sketeboard with 2 board front and back and only 2 wheels. I was trying it the whole night. Fall down on my back, lying flat on the floor once. It's not easy. The furthest I skate on it was only 2 meters. Whole night trying to balance on it gives me sore ankles. Ouch! Must try it again next time. Have to move further!

Sunday, August 23, 2009

Hello!

Was busy these few days. Actually have time to blog but just don't feels like it.

The weekend was awesome! ANL round 5 at Toa Payoh Sports Hall. I think I was spoiled to be given 3 games to umpire. BeeLing didn't even get to finish her 1 game. It must be very sad for her. Game cancellation and knee injury.

Learnt alot from Chris Burton. She made me think alot about my umpiring. How it can be done and 'Why'. Very different from many umpire coaches previously. I think I'm slowly understanding how I can step up to the next level.

A Big Thank You to Chris Burton!

Going Perth in 2 weeks. Gotta get fitter.

Tuesday, August 18, 2009

I should be sleeping but I'm not. Physically I'm really tired. Mentally still can't sleep. Tell me why please!!!

Ouch!!! Knees ache..... Got blister somemore. Everytime I wear that shoe. Next time I'm gonna wear double layer of sox. Did some umpiring today. Thank you Chris for arranging. I really need the run before this weekend's ANL. I'm trying not to think too much about it. The more I think, the more I feels that I'm not ready. Ahhrrrr..... Help!!! From the umpiring today, I have lots to work on. Concentration was the biggest thing I lack tonight. One link to the other. Affected my timing of runs, then vision, after that timing of vision and the chain reaction repeats. How can I maintain focus? Hmmm..... Mental preparation?

Ok. Netballuxion was great! Went down on Saturday to help umpire for few hours. It was fun! Doing for only two hours. But those poor umpires that did for the whole day... I have to give them credit. You guys were great! Amazing! Can you imagine umpiring from 8am to 9pm? And some of them did it for 2 days. Sorry didn't help you guys on Sunday. Was playing and also wasn't feeling very well.

Remember I was sick? Then Saturday when I woke up still not feeling very well. Worst thing I fear happened. Headache finds me. Ahhrrr... Then on Sunday I have it too. Today also... Hope it goes away tomorrow.

Ok. Back to Netballuxion. One of the team didn't come. So, we had a walkover game. Then there's a strong team in our group that we drew with. Nigel's team. Saw them when we reach but didn't know Nigel was playing with them. We still manage to top our grouping cause the last game we played in the first round we scored 17-0. All because of the organiser. Cause they were saying we need to win by more than 5 goals to top the group. Then during the game we played super fast I think the oponent was shocked too. It was good that we top the group cause runners up from the other group was easier to play with. Sadly, Nigel's team lost in the semi by one goal didn't get to play them in the final. Final wasn't very tough. Was expecting Nigel's team but I think it was a good thing to my team not having to play them again.

I love the day. The company was good. From breakfast till dinner together. Games, shopping, cracking jokes, making fun of one another...

I better sleep now. I'm sure to struggle waking up tomorrow.

Friday, August 14, 2009

Hi...

I'm sick today. Woke up with an itchy throat, runny nose and sore eyes. Lucky not very serious. No fever, no headache. Stayed home all day. Boring!!! Another home alone day tomorrow.

Yesterday was busy. Morning had Kidznet coaching. It's fun and a little bit frustrating. The class have thirty plus pupils and there's about twenty boys. All the boys was with me and the girls with my colleague for the session. The boys are 'boys'... Runs around all the time, never stand still, shouting at one another, very competative during games... But still, they have their lovely side. In the middle of the game, a bunch of them was looking at the sky pointing. I was shock of what they did for a moment. There's nothing at the sky but clouds. Exactly, they were pointing at the clouds saying it's like this and like that... They are so full of imagination. When was the last time you look at the sky? Seeing clouds shapping into different animals and stuffs?

Went home for a nap before coaching again. I have a new player. Tall, have lots of potential as a defender. I'm confident the team will be pretty strong next year. I just need more time training them. From the looks of the schedule, there's only like twice training in a month.

Went for a jog before training with the opens at night. Jog for only half an hour but was struggling so much. ANL is next weekend... I have to get my fitness up.

Wednesday, August 12, 2009

Went to watch 'Up' after the morning coaching yesterday. In 3D!!! But cost $10 dollars. It was pretty nice. Funny, touching, story was good too.

After that went coaching. Was about 10 minutes late when I reach school. I was surprised only 4 turn up for training. We didn't do much. Played a few rounds of shooting games. Had a long break. Then did passes and played half court before end training.

Bought a new basketball after coaching. It's suppose to be a grip surface basketball but it feels very sticky instead. Weird!!! Anyway, played some basketball before netball at NUS. Was so so tired after that.

Woke up late this morning. Spent almost $20 for cab. I really shouldn't. Must wake up early in the future. Hmmm... Did my alarm clock beep me? Can't recall...

Game today was quite alright. Hougang was having their first game for home and away league. To some of the sec one, it's their first league game. Looking forward to the rest of the games and see how much the girls can improve. JiaYou!!!

Do you believe in miracle?

Saw the news today?
A child fallen from nine storey and survived.
Another borned dead and return to life.

Saturday morning on the way to Penang with mum.
The last time I took ferry to Penang was about 10 years ago.
Can't remember exactly when but I think around there.
In the picture, the ferry I'm on was leaving Butterworth and the other was docking.

View of George Town Penang from Ferry.

Docking.

Went to my sister's new appartment after that.
It's on the top floor with Penang Bridge view from balcony.
Will be even nicer at night.

The appartment was still empty.
Need some renovation and paint job before moving in.
After that, we did some furniture and lighting shopping for the appartment.

Dinner time with whole family.
Except mum. She stayed at Penang for her Buddist camp.
All of us have different drinks as you can see from the picture.
Make a guess, which one is mine?

Sunday afternoon before leaving home. The cactus in front my home got flowers. Can you see them?

On the way to Penang Airport.

The widening work on Penang bridge is almost done. Traffic was alot smoother now.

This trip home was good. Manage to see mum, spend time with her when we traveled to Penang together. Seeing my cute nephew Jeff. At 5 months old now he's starting to use his hands and learning to roll over from lying in his back. Had a great dinner with dad, bro and sis. Which only happen once or twice a year. And replaced my atm card and ic that was stolen on Mayday. It was a fruitfull trip overall. And going home was very easy, with only one hour flight and forty minutes drive home from airport. Wish I can go home more often if I have the time and money.

Hi. It has been so long...
Made some changes to the blog. Like it? Alot brighter hah... Wanted some difference from the previous.

I've always wanted to blog but just didn't happen. Things during the day, thoughts, feelings, and some others... Most of the time I got myself to the laptop, feelings had faded. Don't feel like typing anymore.

Happy Birthday Singapore!!!
Just came back from hometown today. AirAsia changed abit from today's experience. Their service had improved a little. Announcement made by the crew was pretty impressive too. Ate alot these few days at home. Mum cooked many good food. Yummy!!!

Was thinking alot about what I should do lately. I definately love the work I do now but it really can't be a long term job. Wasn't able to have any savings with the little pay. Thinking of further study too. Will really look into it. Hope I can change my life a bit. It's time to have some changes.

I've took some pictures when I was home. Will post them next time.

My blog is so dead...

Life is so boring! Got no coaching this week all because of H1N1. Sian ahr......

KL trip was ok. Everyday eat hotel buffet until sian... The BaKutTae beside hotel was yummy! Ate there for 3 times. And more food at Chinatown and Jalan Alor. I think besides umpiring, all we did was eat and sleep. Haha!!!

Umpiring wasn't very well. Should have done better in the earlier games and get into the tournament earlier. Anyway, was happy get to be reserve umpire in the final.

I need some excitement in life...

Tuesday, June 16, 2009

Going KL in 2 days. Was looking forward to it earlier but now not that much. Had to stay at KL for over 10 days. Other than umpiring everyday, donno what can we do. Hope we get time to walk around.

Umpiring today was not very good. My knees ache so badly it affect my runs. Was late on positioning most of the time. Must improve tomorrow.

Went night cycling with some friends last weekend. Cycled pretty slowly I hardly break any sweat. But still was quite tiring. From 10 plus till 7 plus in the morning.

The other day few weeks ago my schools took part in a carnival nort zone schools organise. Hougang Sec and Rosyth both was there. Although they didn't make it to 2nd round, they had fun. It was great seeing them had fun playing games together and playing court game after the carnival.

National League. So far so good for Ace. Had fun on most games. But don't get to play last game cause at KL. Zeal didn't do well. Mainly because don't have defenders in the team. And also some absent players. Hope they do well for their last game. Alpha did quite alright. Winning 2, lost 2, and a walkover. Umpiring for me was alright too doing div 1 and 2 games.

The post is so random. Anyway, just hope things at KL for coming days are good.

Sunday, May 24, 2009

Had a jog last night to KNC and back. Was struggling a bit and it took longer than expected. After reaching KNC, I help umpired a friendly game before jogging back. The whole thing was pretty tiring. Still feeling the aches and sores now. But this will not stop me. Next up, 'East Coast Park'. On the way to KLP today, I saw a naked man near stadium. Something must be wrong with him. Anyway, I went to watch a movie before going KNC for duty as umpire coach for the day. Night at the museum 2. Not as good as expected though. Umpire coaching was ok. Couldn't really help to look at all 3 courts at one time. And most of them are not so experienced too. Haiz... And I've been hearing comments from coaches about umpiring recently. The usuals! Comments from coaches are never good. As an umpire coach now, I feel that it's part of my responsibility when umpires are not umpiring to standard. But what to do?

Friday, May 08, 2009

Do you know what is 'goldfish breathing'?

I was experiencing it today umpiring Opens vs 21s game. I was breathing so hard I can't close my mouth. Lucky it only happens at the 6th quarter, which is the last. Feel so weak umpiring their game. Think I should start doing some strengthing for my sprints and side steps. Push off was a bit slow too.

Saturday, May 02, 2009

Long time didn't blog.

Very unlucky today. Lost my bag at KNC. Everything was inside. My umpire whistles, first aid kit, phone, mp3, wallet, money, sunglass,... Total up 500+ cash and 600+ in property. Was pretty sad about it but now, not anymore.

My mum came to Singapore today. Not at home now but instead at a buddhist camp with her friend. Anyway, I never get to see her cause was at KNC whole day for my club's training camp. She made some dumplings for me and my sis. It's so nice. I'm so happy she made them. And she've also brought some dried food over for me from home :) Hope I get to see her after camp, before she go home.

Past few weeks was busy. Rosyth lost their crucial game by 3 goals in the second round. With it, losing their chance of going Nationals. I was pretty disappointed.

NSL umpiring in the semi and prelim final was exciting. Both games were very close. I was waiting for assignment to get into final but till friday night finally know that I'm not even the reserve umpire. Yet again disappointed after so much effort into it. Well! Just have to face the fact and come back stronger.

Hmm... Club stuffs are... Maybe shouldn't talk about it. I appreciate the friends I have in the club.

Work. Slowing down in May and June. Will have to umpire more to earn more income. What can I do if I don't coach?

Monday, April 06, 2009

Had my first basketball training this year today. It was really killing. Almost have muscle cramp. And few of my teamates did. The team had started training last month every sunday and tuesday. Because of NSL, I've been missing training till now. I really miss playing basketball, and tonight was really fun. Although my shots was like so bad and passes like every where. Anyway, I'm looking forward to wednesday's friendly game. Suppose to go beep test that night but I'm going to skip it. Haha!

Good news, my Rosyth seniors got into second round. And the grouping was so so lucky. Hope the girls can play well and get into nationals. First game of second round tomorrow. Must win!

Sad :-(
Bad mood

Sunday, March 29, 2009

It has been busy for the past few weeks. Had to wake up early in the morning everyday.

The primary school zonal had started. Coral had lost their first two games. Rosyth juniors have a win and a lost. Last game to play tomorrow for the first round. But not likely to go to second round. Rosyth seniors had a close game last friday. Down by two goals after the first quarter. Draw at half time and down by one after third. Lucky manage to win by four goals in the end. Two more games to go. Must win the game tomorrow.

Didn't have much improvements on my NSL umpiring this week. Many details to work on. Vision, Position, Terminology, Voice, Presentation...

Result for my poly application will be out tomorrow. I really don't know weather should I go back to study. I'll leave it to fate.

Friday, March 13, 2009

How long...

I'm still Ouching!!! with every steps I make now. Blisters, please heal before sunday.

Contiki beach netball last week was fun. But a bit dissapointed with the unlucky lost my team had. It's all destined to end this way I think. Other than the lost, I've also brought home blisters. All 3 of them on the same foot. The big one is almost as big as my thumb. Painful to the max...

I'm loosing passion coaching lately. My Hougang B girls only manage to win a match. The C girls lost all their matches with single digit score. My Coral pri is so not ready for the coming zonal. And Rosyth still have so many things to tidy up on their game. The only thing I enjoy is coaching Kidznet. It's fun playing with p3 kids. But sometime it's hard to keep 30 of them organise and in order.

NSL started 2 weeks ago. The first game I did wasn't up to my expection. Abit too tense. Second game was worst. Couldn't get my timing. Hope this weekend is a better one.

I'm an uncle now. My brother's wife gave birth to a baby boy earlier this week. When can I see my nephew?

Friday, February 20, 2009

My Hougang girls cried after their game yesterday. I'm really heart broken. I felt that I've disappoint her more than her own disappointment. I've failed to get them ready for the tournament. I've failed to keep the team together. Many quited near the tournament. I've failed so so much. What can I do? The damage is there. One more training before the last game. What should I do? How?

Wednesday morning was another disappointment. My Coral girls played against their seniors and was totally lost in the game. They don't even know what they need to do at all. What happened??? Only a few more weeks to their tournament and they play like this. Ahhrrr...

Training today was alot better with a different approach. At least they've shown me that they can play and know what they need to do on court. Hope they don't forget it.

What you did on Vday?
I earned 120 bucks from umpiring and went home after to avoid the crowd. Roses, couples...

Umpired again today. Went home and went out again after. Got a wall fan for the empty wall I had for weeks. Was a bit hot these few days. The wind had stopped blowing suddenly. I've also got a Coleman termo water bottle while shopping. It's definately gonna be useful for hot days.

Looking at my schedule, more busy weeks ahead.

I better give my blog CPR before it dies.

Hi everyone. I came back to Singapore last night. Went home for CNY and it was ok. A bit bored at home actually. Nothing much to do except eat, drink, sleep and watch tv. I planned to train up my stamina but didn't do any runs at all. I'll definately struggle umpiring NSL. Ahhh..... And it's starting end of this month. Ahhhhhh..... x1000. So scary. And there's another beep test for umpires next week. Ahhhhhhhhh.....

It's already February now. Time is flying faster than superman... When I was home, I went to my secondary school classmate's wedding dinner. Get to see so many of my old friends. Many had married and have a family. Time really flies... Seeing them having a partner, having kids, so happy.

I'm paying alot of attention to kids recently. I donno why. I just love playing with them. Yesterday morning before I came back, I was playing with 'Ru Ru', the child my mum is taking care of for every Sunday. It was really fun. She likes to ask questions and talk alot. And full of imaginations when she play with her toys. But too bad I had to leave before noon. Couldn't spend more time with her.

Took SQ back last night. Was so tired but didn't sleep on the plane. Some funny things happened. At least I think it's funny. After landing and immediately after seatbealt sign was off, everyone got up and hurried with their luggages. Standing like ten minutes before they get to move off the plane. Why are they doing this? I was just sitting there, waiting for the crowd to clear, get my backpack and move off. Went to the toilet after that and saw everyone queing at the immigration counter. And when I was at the counter, no que already. The crowd is now at the lugguage belt. I went to the other end where there's less crowd while most of them are still waiting and I think the lugguge had just came out. So lucky, immediately after I stop walking, I saw my luggage. I was the first few out of the arrival hall. Funny isn't it. Why are people so KiaSu?

Today was a long day. Went to school at eleven in the morning to meet my girls to go RP together for their game at one. They lost. No surprise. Umpired two games after that till five. Then went NUS to umpire their IHG game and then to CCAB for coaching. So tiring... I think I better sleep now.

Saturday, January 10, 2009

I've just finished a pack of Raffles chips and a bottle of Carbenet Sauvignon. I love chips and a good drink.

Was umpiring IVP today. NTU vs TP. A really close game and it was so fun to umpire. I think some people will think I'm crazy but I love umpiring challenging games. Give a satisfactory felling when you umpire it well. For the game today, I think I've made a few mistakes but overall I did ok. Just hope Monday I can do better.

The other day after my P3 selection I went searching for a laptop. Found a few good ones but a bit over budget. After that at home, I tried to on my old problem laptop again and it function well. Haha!! 5 days now and It's still working well. I think it know I'm replacing it. Anyway, if it's going to still work well, I'm not going to buy a new one. Want to save some money for Perth trip this year. Really looking forward to it. Going together with my club and having fun together with games and some sight seeing and shooping. We have oversea trip every year. We went KL last month. Not many people went but it was fun. Played 3 games with the guys there and did some shopping and also had great food. I still love Malaysia food more than here. It's just tastier I don't know why.

It's so windy these few days. My fan broke last week and I still haven't get a new one. I think I don't need a new one. But it's weird having an empty wall without a fan but with the wiring there.

Coaching wasn't going well these few days. So many people didn't come training. And I'm having so many injured players. And some C div players quit. So sad!!! B div only 8 players and C div only 7. Please tell me what should I do??? Just hope my 2 clubs can recharge my passion for netball this period.

I'm so bored these few days at home. Got nothing to do most of the time. Please get me busy...

I always have alot of things in mind that I wanted to post, but when I click and came here, I'm all blank.

Yesterday was DaisyTan schools and my school was playing in the morning. I know that the turn out will be bad but still, I can't help feeling disappointed again. Only 10 of them turn up, B and C div all together. This have helped me made a decission. I will stand firm to it.

After saying that, I think I might give in again. I'm just too soft hearted.

I was umpiring after that in the afternoon. My concentration level was pretty bad. Just can't seems to umpire well. Not that I umpired badly, but just feeling I'm missing things on court.

I was at home the whole day today. Wanted to do things but didn't do in the end. So lazy...

Happy New Year :)

Haven't been updating for a while. Just can't believe that it's 2009 already. Time really flies. I went home for a few days and had just came back today. Didn't do much at home. My mum was not around until the day before yesterday. My dad went outstation two days after I went home. My sis came back home to use the toilet and left with her busy plans for New Year celebration. My other sis came back for two days. And most of the time I was at home with my brother watching tv. Of course, he do most of his work at home too. Yesterday was great. Mum cooked for me lunch and dinner. It was yummy! And I was able to do some shopping. Haha! And my brother, his wife, mum and sis sent me off to the bus last night. It was touching...

Bye bye 2008... How did I spent the year? I think overall it is a good year for me. The biggest change was going into coaching full time. Struggle financially but still surviving now. I was able to get my NCAP Level 2 theory, but failed NCAP Level 1 technical twice. Coached a few schools short term and also having some that is still with me now. I was able to explore coaching people at different age and also skill levels, mostly at the beginner level. I think it's good for me to gain more experience. Umpiring has been mostly good. I was able to umpire NSL, get B badge, was sent to Hong Kong to umpire Asian Youth Champ. I think these are good achievements.

Really hope that 2009 will be an even better year to me. Coaching, umpiring, and also other areas too. Still thinking about things I should aim for. Will put it up soon.

I had another hair cut today, it's even shorter now. Don't really like it :(
