S**t!!! Woke up so early today. I was up an hour ago and couldn’t get myself back to sleep. Long time didn’t go cinema watch movie liao. Was thinking of going since last week but in the end didn’t go at all. Can’t really afford also. I’m broke!!! Income for the past few months were low. I was counting the number of hours I’ve coached this month and it’s less than twenty hours. I’ll definitely struggle to survive if this carries on for another month. Hope I can reach forty hours in March.

Dragged myself up in the morning today to go WPSC at Tanjung Pagar to hand in documents for WP application. Finally settled this after like over four months of ding dong. Card collection date is on 4th March.

Then, went Hougang for coaching. Was at Rosyth doing some goal line throw ins with the defenders and shooters with some shooters rotation. Then, when I want to bring it together for some half court game, we have to go indoor because of the weather. And there is no court for us to use, basketballers are using the area. Ahrrr…

After that, went Hougang Sec for their training. Talked to the sec ones while the rest are playing court game. And then, there’s lightning alert. Can’t use the court again. Ahrrr… So, in the end have a get to know one another session with the girls and we played wacko to end off training.

Then, I rushed to NCAP class and still was a little late. Topic today was on planning, sports injuries and safety. It was quite interesting.

After the class today, I thought of going back to study. I think I should find a course I like to study in.

Umpired three games today. From three under the hot sun till six thirty. And after umpiring, played some netball till ten. So so so tired now.

D**n it! Something wrong with MSN. Can’t seem to sign in since an hour ago.

Umpiring at Northland Sec was exciting today. Long time didn’t have this kind of feeling umpiring a game. It was fun as I was challenging my self to catch everything that happens on court. And also knowing the things I’ve miss and try to catch it the next time. Haha!!! I hope I can maintain this for all my coming umpiring assignments.

After that, I spend some time catching up with my good friend Andrew that teaches at Northland. I’m glad that I’ve text him to spend the time with him.

Netball at NUS was fun tonight. My last time there before NCAP classes starts. Next time I’m playing with them will be in April.

Supper with Supei and Kayleb at FongSeng before home. The journey home with Supei’s company was good. We never fail to find topics to chat on.

Mid March to April is going to be a headache for me. Having 5 teams playing in competitions. Hope the schedules don’t clash.

I’m damn tired. Not sure why actually. I woke up in the afternoon, cooked myself brunch and head to coaching. On the way there, it starts to rain and we have to use the sheltered area. Training wasn’t very satisfying today. Noises by the pupils during recess make it very difficult to talk to the girls. And the faded lines, it’s a problem for the centre pass drills. I’m having problems at mid court with my main centre down now. Headache!!! I think I’ll have to use the defenders to link the court now. Some seniors came to play game with the girls today. Only played for less than half an hour and the girls put up a very bad performance. I’ll have to think of something to make it better during next training.

Missing seven shots in a row. I still can’t believe I did that just now. All of it hit the back rim. Ahrrr…

I was playing basketball just now in the evening. Played some half court and then full court with my friends and peoples at the CC. In the last half court game, I took each shot quite confidently actually. After the first miss, I was thinking ‘ok fine’. Then I tried again, miss again. Then again when I have the chance, miss again. Hate it!!! I didn’t score a single goal after those misses. This followed to the full court game and the ball hit the back rim again twice, and I was shooting open. Can’t believe it.

My umpiring is getting from bad to worst. Very disappointed of my own performance tonight for the opens selection. I used to like the court at Hougang Sports Hall but tonight, I blame it on everything. The lightings, the fading lines, … My visions were very bad, concentration short lived, runs are weak, and worst of all, making wrong calls. It’s bad enough for missing infringements, and I have to do the worst thing, making wrong calls. Ahhrrrr… My confidence of umpiring is dropping everyday seriously.

Everyday is a netball day for me now.

Coach and also umpire like almost everyday. Will I get bored of it?

I think I am a little tired of umpiring nowadays. Can’t really find the motivation to it. But still, I’ll have to umpire as it’s a part of my income now.

As for coaching, I love it. Especially to small group of like ten peoples. It’s much easier to handle and give attention to everyone. Even kids, it’s very enjoyable time most of the time.

I was at KNC for KidzNet course tonight. It was fun doing those drills designed for kids of 5to10 years old actually. Can’t wait to start coaching KidzNet. I think it’ll be quite fun.

Coaching wasn’t satisfying today. Hate it when the girls are not serious.

Went NUS for netball but there’s no recre today. Inter faculty is going on and I help to umpire two games doing the whole court. Then played a bit and help to coach my friend’s team. It’s easy when the players are keen and enthu on what they want to learn. It makes coaching so much fun.

Coaching went quite alright today. Well done girls!

Wanted to bring Minnie out in the evening but was really tired. Some other days when I’m more energetic then.

No more double eyelid. It disappeared just after a day in Singapore. Haha!

Ok. How I crash my brother’s car when I was home. Went to renew my passport last week and after doing my passport, I decided to go draw some money and home before back to collection and it happened. Brake a bit late on the traffic filled street in town and hit the car in front of me. Suey! The car I hit didn’t suffer much but instead my bro’s car was dented. Went to repair for the car I hit. Readjusted the bumper and exhaust for him that only cost me thirteen ringgits but he requested for a paint job for the scratched bumper. Gave him a hundred ringgit for it. But I doubt that he’s really gonna paint it for the minor scratches. Anyway, it’s my wrong. My bro’s car was much serious. Dented the bonnet, banned the frame and lucky I didn’t smashed the headlights. I think it’s gonna be costly to get it fix. Sorry bro.

Gamble a little during class gathering. Didn’t see some of them like more than ten years. Anyway, it was fun being able to meet them and play some cards together. We played ‘siam ban lak’ with ten ringgits a hand. The dealer was in luck that day, winning most of the time. Me myself was not bad too, at a point of time have won almost two hundreds ringgits where the rest are in lost of hundreds. Then I raised my bet to twenty ringgits and suffer losses to almost a hundred fifty at a point of time. In the end, I only lose thirty ringgits. The dealer was the big winner that day with almost two thousand in his pocket. It was fun when you don’t think much of the money and just play. It’s even more exciting than a roller coaster ride at some point of time.

Ahrrr... How come I can't sleep. Woke up like an hour ago and can't get myself back into bed.

There are so many things to blog. Things in my head, things I’ve done in the past week, and many others. Where should I start? Maybe on what I’m feeling now.

February 2008 now and 14th is coming in few more days. Ahrrr… Why should I care? I don’t even have a girlfriend. I should just treat it as just another day. It’s nothing special for me for the past almost thirty years anyway. Isn’t it a sad thing? I’m pitying myself again. Haiz…

Haven’t seen the girls for two weeks now and I’m missing them. I really do. Let’s start training again soon. I know it’s very sad result for us in the Zonal this year. This is why the more we should pick ourselves up and work harder for next year. I’m sorry for not being there for many games that you’ve played. I’m sorry for not making you train harder and make trainings more productive. I’ll try to improve and make it better this year. I promise. There are many other tournaments we can take part this year. Lets work hard for them Orlangers.

Yes. I’m going to stop smoking. I have to get my stamina back for umpiring in NSL and NL. I have to train up for Kinabalu in May. It’s time to bring Minnie out more often. You gotta be discipline KS.

A week at home for CNY was alright.

I’m tired of the way I coach.
I have to be more discipline with the girls.
No more ‘ok’ for unsatisfied drills.

Before coaching, I went Sports Council to pay for NCAP lv2 in the afternoon. Then after lunch just before coaching, the weather pours like mad. I’m wet waist down during coaching. Hate it!!!

During coaching today, I ask my girls to write down their names for me. I’ve coach them for two weeks now but still forgetting their names. I hope this helps.

After that went to eat and then to club training. I didn’t train. Ankle and knee is still aching. Ouch! Not many people came today. Marie and Eric were not around so I was in charge. We manage to finish the drills and play court game in the end. But, with only six in a team.

I was counting the number of hours I’ve coach this month. After calculation, the pay this month is rather low for me to make it a full time job. I will really need to clock more hours to make it work.
