Played ultimate for training today. Now knee and ankle aching. No more ultimate on concrete ground please. Anyway, it was loads of fun. I think everyone enjoyed it very much.

NS had just confirmed with me today that my coaching test is on next Wednesday. Gotta get myself ready for it.
